Pre-Arranged Transportation
More than two hours in advance of the scheduled time Full refund
Less than two hours, but 30 or more minutes in advance of the scheduled time Partial refund (50%), or

Full digital ride credit to be applied towards a future ride
Less than 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled time No refund can be issued
Will-Call Requests
  • Will-call requests that are not used will roll-over to the next service day.
  • Canceled will-call requests will receive a full refund.
